Did you know? Many store-bought teas, even those labeled ORGANIC contain "natural flavors", often added to mask the low-quality of the tea base used: these flavors are heavily processed and lowers the teas natural benefits and antioxidants. Many of these packaged herbs are "leftovers, dust, and fanning" and full of heavy metals as a result of the poor quality in which they are grown. Store bought teas are also distributed in food-grade plastic bags that can leach billions of microplastic and nano plastic particles into the water when boiled and steeped. Some of these bags are even treated with 'ephichlorohydrin', a chemical used to keep bags from breaking and a known carcinogen.
